Shareholders of Springfield Curling Club
Since 1960, Springfield Curling Rink Ltd. (Springfield Curling Club) has been registered with the Manitoba Companies Office as a Corporation with Share Capital.
A shareholder-governed club
Governance of the Club adheres to the Manitoba Corporate Act and the Club’s Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.
Shareholders partake in the Club’s fundamental corporate decisions, elect the board of directors, appoint or remove auditors, and oversee the club’s financial performance.
Shareholder meetings are held twice a year: a Semi-Annual meeting in the spring and an Annual meeting in the fall.
Shareholders help guide the long-term stewardship of Springfield Curling Club.
